Description: Dress clip, unsigned, I have seen it attributed to Dujay but have no documentation or confirmation as yet. Unusual dress clip, a 3-dimensional round shape made from brass with a matte finish and set with jewel colored rhinestones. The stones are bezel set and the middle row is three shapes (oval, round, square) of ruby red rhinestones. The outside rows are the same shapes of alternating sapphire blue and emerald green. Rims at each side are enameled in black. Very Far Eastern looking, very much in keeping with the popular fashion of the day, early 30's. Clip mechanism was patented in 1931.
