Description: Fur clip, marked 'HC' in a diamond (the ealry Hattie Carnegie mark) on the back. See below for view of the back and close-up of the mark. This is a fabulous and extremely rare, very enormous 3-dimensional brass finish old-fashioned lantern on a post. The light is green, made from a large (3/4" dia.) faceted green glass stone. On each side of the light are large rectangular clear rhnestones. See lower left for side view. A whimsical 1930's design.

Condition: Good.Some wear and surface to finish around edges and corners especially. A stone or possibly another decorative element is missing from the very top of the light, but I have not replaced it as I'm not sure what was there originally. It clearly does not detract from this fabulous design.
