Adrienne has been an avid bowler for many years, bowling in 2 leagues and many local, regional, state and national tournaments. She found one of these bowling brooches while shopping one day years ago and a collection was born. Adrienne wears many of them together at tournaments, which always gets lots of attention, for good luck and good bowling.
The pieces below span 60 years, from the 1940's through present day, though most are 1940's-1960's. They represent several well known vntage jewelry makers including Weiss, Hobe, Pell, Dodds, Ora and Swarovski. In addition to rhinestones there are wood, lucite, 835 silver and bakelite jewels. There are a few more than the 23 pices shown here, and the collection is always growing.
