Sande collects these little poodle pins by default, actually. They are one of those things she can't pass up, at almost any reasonable price. These guys are cute, but she also has another batch that are kind of ugly. Periodically, someone puts out a request for poodle pins & sh replies that she has a bunch. But, when it comes to it, she can't bring herself to sell any of them. They are just her baby dogs.
Her current pet poodle is a chocolate standard & she was preceeded by a chocolate standard, who was preceeded by a chocolate miniature and a creamy mini. Before them there were some others. High maintenance dogs but they don't shed (best for cleaning & allergies) and they are the smartest of canines. They know what words mean...not just the usual dog language words, but also some that come up in general conversations. She demonstrates understanding in general.
