Description: Necklace, unsigned. Vintage Venetian glass millefiori (1000 flowers) beads necklace, c. 1970-1980. These millefiori beads are quite large, roughly 1" x 5/8" dia., this is a single strand of a dozen beads. The predominate color is bright yellow with black and white and flowers in red, white, blue, orange and gray. Each bead has a gold plated round bead on each end with yellow silk knots between each trio. Original screw clasp. Similar beads shown on page 212 of European Designer Jewelry by Ginger Moro.

Condition: Very good, some peeling of good plating on the small spacer beads, millefiori are in excellent condition.
