Description: Necklace, unsigned. European Art Deco machine age necklace, possibly the work of Jakob Bengel. There are some similar pieces in Art Deco Jewelry by Weber, though nothing exactly like this. There are a dozen half circle green galalith links, each one has a smaller chrome half circle on top. The two pieces are separate but have the effect of a bit of green framing the chrome. Nice example of machine age design. See middle left for close up of the links and see lower left for a view of the bacck, you can't see the chrome at all. Price reflect slight damage to galalith piece nearest clasp, notice straight edge where a small piece has sheered off.
