Large ridged gold plated Maltese cross brooch/pendant with a light green and topaz rhinestone in the center, topaz navette cabochons on each arm of the cross and a combination of crystal auroras, topaz and amber rhinestone decoration. Hook on the back for a chain, can be worn as a pendant.
