Description: Brooch, signed 'Isser Singer & Son 989-6th Ave. N.Y.C.' on a plaque on the back. Unique 1930's brooch by rarely seen New York maker Isser Singer & Son. A silver plated band around the center of the brooch is embossed with flowers and leaves with a row of clear rhinestones around each end and sits between oval green glass cabs, a trio of green navettes and pairs of green triangle stones at the far ends.
