Description: Brooch, signed '©Rafaelian' on the back. One of the earlier Rafaelian American Flag brooches from the bi-centennial. There were quite popular in 1976 than again after 911, gold plated flags with clear and red rhinestone stripes, blue and clear rhinestone representing star on the field.
