Description: Brooch, unsigned. Wonderful and rare GWTW pot metal figural, a lovely Scarlett O'Hara in a hoop skirt gown holding a fan inside a triangular frame. The skirt and triangle are pave set with clear rhinestones with slightly larger sapphire blue rhinestone decorating the skirt and a row of clear rhinestones accenting the top of the fan.
