Description: Matching lariats and bracelet attributed to Joseff of Hollywood, seen on page 130 of Jewelry of the Stars - Creations of Joseff of Hollywood by Joanne Dubbs Ball. This exclusive design was originally made for Constance Bennett but later adapted for the retail line, late 1930's-early 1940's. This suite consists of a pair of the thick gold tone twisted chain lariats and a matching triple chain charm bracelet. At the end of each lariat chain is a huge caged filigree drop and the same drop is duplicated as the bauble on the charm bracelet. See lower left for close up of drop. The lariats should be worn tied loosely at the neck, the drops hanging unevenly in a cascade.
