Description: Necklace, unsigned. Scarce Victorian era mosaic necklace, three floral mosaics inlaid into very rare red glass and then set into silver base metal frames and connected with long links attached to thick chain. The tiny not-quite-micromosaic flowers are made with a colorful array of tesserae including red, blue, yellow, pink and black on a white ground bordered with white rectangular tiles, and are in a larger red oval in the center and smaller round glass pieces along the chain. The larger oval pieces is set in a sunburst motif frame. See lower left for close-up view.
